The Business Case webinar
17 November 2026 | 14:00 CET | Online
We all believe we are ethical. Most of us believe we will speak out when something feels wrong. We all believe we are good listeners.
Yet research and experience tell a different story.
Our decisions are shaped by far more than our values alone. Pressure, incentives, hierarchy, group dynamics, time constraints, and organizational culture all influence how we think, decide, and act. The better we understand these influences, the better decisions we make.
Organizations that invest in ethical awareness and ethical decision-making capabilities help us recognize biases, reflect on assumptions, navigate difficult situations, and raise concerns before risks escalate. The result is not only fewer misconduct cases, but also higher trust, better collaboration and innovation, stronger cultures, more effective leadership, and more sustainable business performance.
Ethics is not something that sits apart from business. It influences how we lead, how we communicate, how we make decisions, how we innovate, and ultimately how we perform. When we become more aware of the factors shaping our judgment, we are better equipped to make sound decisions, challenge assumptions, engage in constructive dialogue, and contribute to a healthy organizational culture.
In this webinar, we explore why ethics is fundamentally a business issue. We discuss how ethical reflection, courageous conversations, listening, and speaking out contribute to better decisions, healthier organizations, stronger relationships, and long-term success.
Because ethics is not just about avoiding mistakes. It is about making better choices.
